Had them come out for estimate and soil test and the bid came in very reasonable. When sod was delivered they were here for prep and installation, very professional and knowledgeable about what we needed to do so that the sod would take. We now have a beautiful lawn. We are halfway through our retaining wall(s) project, and I couldn’t be more pleased with our decision to go with Kokopelli. Ray has done everything he said he would do, when he said he would do it. I’m talking about before the job started. They keep the worksite clean while doing this, which is important because it’s a four week project.
